PERSONAL TRAINING & PROGRAMMING GEARED TO YOU
For some of our clients, neither regular CrossFit training nor any of our sub group offerings are the best fit. Do you want something more specific?
For some, their personal injury history makes group training a difficult task, or the prospect of group training is daunting. For others, they play a sport that requires very specific athletic development. For some, specific areas of fitness need more focus than others which aren’t addressed as readily in our group classes. Our personal training clients have had huge successes.
What you put in is what you get out, but we are there evey step of the way.

We give you the support and motivation to push yourself harder than ever before.
Tailor made programs to develop you further and faster than you thought possible.
Training For Beginners To Athletes
Everyone starts somewhere. There’s no better place to train whether you are a first time Beginner or an Athlete.
Take your training to the next level
At IAFS, our coaches are knowledgeable in assessing a client’s strengths and weaknesses and personalizing training towards the goals and needs of those we work with. We also have experience with 1 on 1 training for clientele that range from beginners to specialized athletes. We offer personal 1 on 1 training, small group training and personal program design. We’ve designed programs to help clients pass specific PT tests (SWAT, Sherriff’s Academy, military); individualized programs to help runners set new personal records for specific races; programs for overweight deconditioned folks who are immobile to keep them moving and gradually increase strength, mobility and efficiency; weightlifting specific programs for master’s athletes; and programs for elite athletes needing to make improvements at the highest levels. Ask us how we can help you better achieve your goals.
We can assess your strengths and weaknesses. You can add to our great personal training clients who have had huge successes.
