At IAFS, our coaches are knowledgeable in assessing a client’s strengths and weaknesses and personalizing training towards the goals and needs of those we work with. We also have experience with 1 on 1 training for clientele that range from beginners to specialized athletes. We offer personal 1 on 1 training, small group training and personal program design. We’ve designed programs to help clients pass specific PT tests (SWAT, Sherriff’s Academy, military); individualized programs to help runners set new personal records for specific races; programs for overweight deconditioned folks who are immobile to keep them moving and gradually increase strength, mobility and efficiency; weightlifting specific programs for master’s athletes; and programs for elite athletes needing to make improvements at the highest levels.
